Artist Bio

Kathy was first introduced to pottery in her twenties.  Then life and career intervened.  returning to pottery again became an interest as she approached retirement.  Now pottery is an inspired passion in creating form and color in expected and unique ways.  Her work is always evolving as she  create wheel thrown, hand -built and altered pots.

Her work is on display at Blackbird framing and Art Gallery in Asheville, NC and at the Blue Moon Gallery in Brevard, NC. In addition she is a founding member of the Beaverdam Artists Annual studio

tour which occurs in Asheville during October.
